A report on Proposition 36 implementation during the prior calendar year until all funds are spent, including the following, by county: specific allocations made to individual trial courts, a summary of how trial courts are using the funding, and the number of people served by trial court by criminal charge; for the number of people served by each trial court, key outcome and demographic data shall also be reported
