Filing Reports

State or local agencies required to file reports with the Legislature shall submit an electronic copy to the Secretary of the Senate, the Chief Clerk of the Assembly, and the Office of Legislative Counsel.

Reports submitted to the Secretary of the Senate should be emailed to:
Senate.AgencyReports@sen.ca.gov

Reports submitted to the Chief Clerk of the Assembly should be emailed to:
Agency.Reports@asm.ca.gov

Reports submitted to the Office of Legislative Counsel should be emailed to:
agency.reports@lc.ca.gov

Agencies should refer to Sections 9795 and 10242.5 of the Government Code for additional guidance as to the proper procedures for filing reports required to be submitted to the Legislature and Governor.
