Once Medi-Cal redeterminations commence, an update in writing on the impacts and outcomes of redeterminations on consumers of IHSS regarding (1) related Medi-Cal terminations and the subsequent loss of full-scope Medi-Cal, (2) the number of IHSS consumers who are in the IHSS Residual program, and (3) any other germane information regarding the impacts of Medi-Cal redeterminations on this population with each subsequent report after the initial report including the prior historical information and trend analysis to illuminate rates of increase or decrease in these metrics
