Update on Service Access and Equity Grant awards, including the number of grant applications received by the Department, number and nature of approved grants, both statewide and by regional center, the awarded grant levels, number of disapproved grants and reason for disapproval, both statewide and by regional center, and the geographic distribution of awarded grants; the update made by January 10, 2024, shall include information on how the Department will continue to assess outcomes of the funded grants and the impact that funded programs have on the efforts to promote equity and reduce disparities in the Department of Development Services system
